IPv4: Only IPv4 will connect

IPv6: Only IPv6 will connect

IPv4 first then IPv6: IPv4 will connect first and then IPv6 will connect, or they will both connect if an IPv4 and IPv6 connection is available

IPv6 first then IPv4: IPv6 will connect first and then IPv4 will connect, or they will both connect if an IPv6 and IPv4 connection is available

 Fully Anonymous

 Anonymous with a fake IP for X-Forwarded-For

 Transparent, not anonymous
